Detroit native, turned Frisco, Texas, transport, Paul has always had an affinity for fitness. There should be a huge emphasis on health, in everyone’s lives, while prioritizing for individuals to look and feel the best. Slater is committed to creating that energy inside and outside the gym for his clients.
It is vital for Paul to understand his clients’ needs, so he can set himself apart from the rest. While understanding this key part of the process, it is also important to implement a realistic plan that will hit their goals and beyond. Paul often says that it is a priority of his to instill in his client's mindset to be the best version of themselves.
Located in the heart of Frisco, TX, you’ll find him doing personal 1 on 1 training, group training, mindset coaching, and being a community health advocate. Outside of being a husband and father, Paul is constantly expanding his knowledge within fitness, nutrition, and mental health. He believes that everyone starts in different places of their own “journey”, and is overly determined to be a contributing factor to make the ignition run.
